This 3-day break offers you the opportunity to learn the skills to become a ghost hunter! Understand how to use the equipment and investigating tips from experienced paranormal ghost hunting investigators.

Are you interested in the paranormal? Then this Ghost Hunting taster event is for you to learn about the equipment and how to conduct or be part of a paranormal investigation in a haunted venue.

Join us after lunch as we explore the seafront and harbour area, from The Landmark Theatre to Fore Street (one of the oldest streets in Ilfracombe) and hear the history, and stories of strange events, unexpected deaths, ghosts, hauntings, and smuggling.

Meet your paranormal guides at The Carlton later afternoon.

Early dinner from 6pm.

Ghost Hunting A choice of experiences from 8pm to 2am.

One of our experiences is at the George & Dragon. This is Ilfracombe’s oldest pub so surely has to be part of your ghost hunting experience when you stay with us.

During the night, supported by a medium, you’ll learn:

• How to baseline your environment to avoid false positives.
• How to record and document evidence (video, digital recorders, other devices).
• How to perform EVP (electronic voice phenomena) experiments.
• Use of standard investigator equipment.
• Use Debunking Techniques.
• Try different experiments and objects investigators use when investigating to trigger activity.
• Lots of other tips and advice to help you investigate.
• Access to a private Facebook group so you can ask questions and continue your learning.
• An experienced medium is on hand to help with the investigation.
• A certificate of completion.

Put all you have learned into a mini-investigation on the night, and our team will guide and help you.
