Night Supervisor
Permanent contract, all year round.
£15,726 per annum based on 25.5 hours per week.
We are recruiting for a hotel night supervisor in Ilfracombe. Duties are varied and include the following elements
- guest service (reception & bar)
- security of building & guests
- catering & event room set up
- cashing up / night financials
- overnight maintenance / cleaning
Full training is given, and the ideal candidate will have experience in at least 2 of the above elements. Hours of work will vary but a minimum of 25.5 hours per week between 10pm and 7am. Additional hours can be added on during peak weeks.
Good communications skills, excellent timekeeping and a desire to help is essential in the right candidate.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £15,726.00 per year

Food & Drink Waiter
All year-round opportunities.
Ideally some front of house or customer service experience preferred. Duties include welcoming customers, seating, menu and upselling and taking orders. Plate service for small and event style tables.
Breakfast, dinner and event shifts.
Rates starting from £11.44 plus £1.38 holiday pay / paid leave*.

Kitchen Assistant
All year round contract with a minimum guaranteed hours of 25 per week, increasing in peak months. This role can be developed into a commis chef / apprentice position for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will
- have some previous catering experience
- have excellent standards of hygiene
- have a real commitment to working
- like being part of small team
- display a passion for good food
You will be involved in some basic food prep, stores, pot and plate wash duties.

Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week

- A mixture or plate and pot washing.

- Some cooking is expected after training.
- Attention to detail is needed.
- Great standards of cleaning and hygiene are required.
